Refund and Replacement Policies
The customer who placed the order will be given full refund or replacement if:
- The recipient repudiates to accept the order on the basis of quality and returns the order at once AND
- The customer writes an email to us and clarifies the reason why recipient repudiates the order with the proof of bad quality within 5 days of order delivery.
Flowers are a fragile commodity and are very delicate to exterior atmosphere conditions. Quality problems will also be subject to servicing and managing of flowers soon after receiver signs POD and accepts the order.
Flowers2world's florists team always choose fresh flowers for all arrangements, it is difficult to store fresh flowers for longer period of time thus sometimes any particular flower in the arrangement may be out of stock. In case of unavailability of any specific flower in the entire arrangement our expert florists choose the best option to substitute that flower; appearance and care are always taken not to modify the entire look and feel of the arrangement. All substitutions are always informed by us via email to the sender before the delivery of order. Any objection to alternative should be conveyed to us before the order is going into the designing and shipping phase. If order has been delivered no refund will be provided.
In case if the recipient is unavailable at the given address as well as no place where delivery man can leave the order such as neighbor, front desk, etc. so, no refund or replacement will be provided. We however try our best to contact and communicate the recipient to achieve the delivery.
No refund will be provided if delay in delivery due to these reasons: act of terror, public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes and other industrial disputes and strangely severe weather, storm, earthquakes of extreme intensities or volcanic eruptions, change of policies by Central/State Governments, local municipal authorities, disruptions due to political/industrial agitations.
Any customer can cancel his/her order for sure, if:
- The customer requested before his/her order going into the designing and shipping phase.
It is not possible for us to cancel any order if:
- The customer requested after his/her order has been made and shipped by Flowers2world.
